ABOUT

Emerson Goddard is an artist with a passion for storytelling through visual narrative. She enjoys creating stories through animation and illustration that inspire, entertain and educate.

Emerson received Gold Key Awards in the category of Comic Art for her Graphic Novel, Things Are Different Now and in the category of Film & Animation for her film, Alienation from the 2026 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. Her work was recognized by a panel of creative professionals for its outstanding merit in originality, skill, and the emergence of her personal voice and vision.

She is currently a Senior at Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio and plans to attend Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) to major in 2D Animation.

Emerson lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with her family and her dog Honey.
